Holding ‘2017 Parts Agency Policy Seminar’
Hyundai Mobis will be holding ‘2017 Parts Agency Policy Seminar’ with the representatives of the agencies from all over the country, which will share the directions of annual policy and key promotion items. This seminar was held every year in order to strengthen the competitiveness of parts distribution and mutual communication and will be expanded from this year. It will be held seven times in total around Seoul, Chuncheong, Gyeongnam, Honam, Jeju and so on from February to mid March, and 1,400 representatives of national parts agencies will attend the seminars. In the policy sharing meeting held in Seoul on February 13, as the beginning, the agenda such as changes in the agency system, announcement of survey results on satisfaction of the maintenance company, systematization of education system, and prospect of the future automobile industry, etc. was discussed, and the education systematization plan for management academy, education for the next generation’s manager, etc. was introduced. Furthermore, a special lecture on the rapidly changing automobile industry was also held, discussing how articial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, connectivity, etc. should be improved in future, in response to changes in the automotive industry ecosystem. On the other hand, Hyundai Mobis has been consistently promoting competitiveness enhancement program through win-win partnerships with the agencies, such as awarding excellent agencies, management consulting, conducting free safety diagnosis, etc. This nationwide poly seminar is also meaningful as it emphasizes the aspect of ‘win-win through information sharing’. The strengthening of the competitiveness of dealers in the distribution process of automobile parts: agency -> automobile company -> end user, is directly linked to the improvement of customer service at Hyundai KIA Motors.
